It appears Tampa chess people are sending out emails bad mouthing SPCC.
We have had a few hiccups but we are back on track to creating a better format for the Scholastic Chess Tournaments.
But with SM Sanders help we will be better than ever.
If there are enough people on Friday nights, there will be a speed tournament.
With a $2.00 entry fee the tournament might be a double round robin. Come one come all!! Bring your clock!
Christmas Party is this month on the 17th. Everyone is to bring a covered dish. The Club will supply the Drinks and ice!! All are welcome! But only members can
vote on officers for the next year. I’m bringing Chili (mild).
The Board meeting have been changed to the first Friday of every month at 7:30pm.
